Woohoo Rooms Hortaleza

The hotel room was excellent, very clean and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, with all the main attractions and great restaurants just a short walk away.

The location is amazing and close to everything. The furniture is well picked, and you can notice it's not cheap. Things like an LG smart TV with magic remote and bathroom equipment. The rooms were so clean.

I did not receive a room matching the images shown during booking. I was expecting a room with a window or a balcony facing the street. When I raised this concern, I was told that a note had been added, but I did not receive any follow-up or resolution. Additionally, the bed was positioned directly against the wall on one side, making it quite inconvenient for a couple to get in and out comfortably. I also experienced an issue with bugs in the bathroom. Although the team addressed it initially, the problem reappeared two days later.

Nos gustó desde primer minuto la cercanía y el trato … habitación muy buena zona… volvería sin dudarlo , muy limpio , camas grandes

Lo que no me gustó sonido de las literas se movía una persona y era demasiado …. Se movían y sonaba muchísimo y quizás mejoraría un poquito Colchon y almohada de litera !!! El dosificador del baño no funcionaba

Camera e bagno giusti per due persone. Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Posizione perfetta.

L'esterno del palazzo andrebbe sistemato.
