Apartments Sunrise

It was a great stay for a family with lots of room and amazing views of the sea and Islands. The location is outside the historic centre. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. Every room has a balcony with a view of the sea! [5 balconies!] It is a large apartment that you would not get in the centre of Split. Clean air and a breeze! A local store and bus no. 15 at the end of the road. [3x every hour, buy a Ticket at a machine, 3 days Split 10 Euro] Great to have a washing machine and the place was very clean. An extra toilet was a bonus with the separate bathroom. We all slept really well, perhaps a combination of clean air, space and bedrooms. The best part; sunrise and sunset, a blue haze of sea, Islands and distant mountains. The price was excellent value for 3 bedrooms with views and lots of space. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, we mixed eating out in Split centre and cooking in the apartment which made for great value. Very relaxing at sunset with a family well fed and walked, sipping a glass of wine. Thank you to the kind host who cared and accommodated our change of plans.

Location, size,. cleanliness and of course the wonderful Damian (landlord) who was very helpful and always there to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The view from the balconies were amazing too

wifi is so bad (4G sim card is not a good solution for airbnb) the towers should be better quality

The apartment was in a neighborhood that seemed to be a mix of people on vacation and full-time residents, which we liked. It was about a 20-minute car ride to the old town area and also accessible by public transportation. The owner Damir (I think that's his name) was very kind, helpful and inviting and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good experience, which it was! The apartment was very spacious (for all five of us) with plenty of balcony space and great views of the water!

Everything was great so nothing negative.

tricky to locate with google maps, property is dated and needs some refurb, internet is simcard based on a router, poor and temperamental connection most of the time, appliances are old and some are better replaced, AC in only one bedroom, it was quite warm in the other rooms

We hadden onderweg gebeld om te melden hoe laat we zouden arriveren. De gastheer stond ons al op te wachten. Vriendelijke man! Tijdens ons verblijf informeerde hij regelmatig of alles in orde was, of we iets misten, enz. Op een ontspannen manier, met respect voor privacy. De verrassing in de vorm van vers fruit was top! Het appartement is net zo compleet als je eigen huis: alles is er. Vaatwasser, wasmachine, tv, internet, lekkere bedden: dik in orde. Winkels dichtbij, kiezelstrand dichtbij, alles voor een heerlijke vakantie. Het leukst: balkon met zicht op de zee en de eilandjes, met grandioze zonsondergangen.

Host Feric was very welcoming, kind and helpful, a wonderful man indeed. And so too his dear mother. He even assisted in driving us around to the shop on the first day and also to Omis for a very reasonable fee. He also grilled excellent makrel fish and tuna one evening. Huge apartment, great views (4 balconies one for each bedroom!). Ideal for families or group trip (2 or even 3 couples/pairs of friends) on a car trip: plenty of parking, many grills. Appartment facilities are basic but functional: we didn’t miss anything but for larger groups a microwave and dishwasher would make life easier. Suburb area with plenty of nature, you may want to bring some anti-mosquito kit to fully enjoy evenings in balcony. Kid-friendly area, they can safely run around catching lizards, even go to nearby pebble-beach. Scenic 1h walk to city center along seafront, city bikes for rent 5min walk away (ride to center about 30min, download app nextbike), or take bus 15, to city center in 25min. By uber 50 kunas and 10 minutes to city center. Despite not being central, house is excellently connected. Large supermarkets and mall 5min drive away.
