Quartos aconchegantes,muito limpo

A funcionária q estava no turno nos tratou um pouco ríspido qdo falamos.sobre a taxa do estacionamento... que não estava nas páginas da frente. E as funcionárias da cozinha conversando muito e nós ouvindo tudo do quarto

"Old and noisy. Hotel needs to be refurbished."

Location is good.

Hotel is old and maintenance is bad. Shower not working properly, liens were not ready on bed. Woke up 4:30a with people starting to organize breakfast since my window was exactly in front of the breakfast room. It was a bad experience.

O atendimento foi o que mais me agradou. Tanto da comunicação online, como do atendimento pessoalmente. Funcionários da limpeza e do café muito prestativos. A limpeza foi um ponto forte.

Chuveiro com os furos entupidos causando desconforto no banho. Porta do box não fechava corretamente tendo risco de quebra da porta com possíveis ônus para o hóspede. A localização é próxima à rodovia, o que gera bastante ruído. Talvez a instalação de uma janela adicional acústica resolveria o problema.
