a lot of drug dealers walking around, room smelt like smoke, and very uncomfortable place to be.

I was comfortable peaceful relaxing and nobody bother you or no loud noise

The heat took a minute but I was comfortable

I liked the price

The motel is simply rundown at the heels. To start before entering the room it was obvious that the locks on the door have been jimmied open more than onc;e. Once the door was open that pile on the rug is so thick that you had to use your shoulder to push the door open. There is a connecting door to the next room. My side was not locked but the people in the next room could open their's and they could walk right into my room if they wanted. The air conditioner didn't work. There were burned out bulbs in two of the lamps, one wall lamp was in pieces hanging on the wall, that is to say, if you tried to turn on the switch, the switch fell back into the wall. I left the place because I would not stay there for the night. The grounds around the motel certainly didn't resemble the picture on Bookings. The motel probably saw better days, judging from the architecture in the late 50s or early 60s. A shame it has not been maintained. One of the staff remarked that I had the best room in the place, it was right next to the office. There were bugs crawling along the base of the wall next to the bed. I think they are called either Palmetto bugs or water bugs.
