"Why hasn’t my bond been refunded?"

Not much, even the tv was very small.

No wifi No milk top up each day We weren’t actually at this place!We were in Franklin St and I was not happy about the stairs!

The location was perfect, nice view. Close to everything, great restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, the washing machine & and dryer came in handy. The handover was easy, and the bond was refunded after contacting the bank to release it, just as Ian said. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking at $30 per day is a bit much. No shampoo or conditioner is provided. Advertising on booking.com said to pay on arrival, yet payment in full was taken out as soon as I confirmed the booking.
