The Globe Angle

Warm. clean, thoughtful decor, good location

We enjoyed our stay at The Globe House. It was conveniently located for visiting The Old Point House in Angle for a lovely Sunday lunch (highly recommend!) and great value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the house is elegantly decorated. Breakfast was lovely - a real bonus! There is good space for parking too.

The roof terrace was extremely wet and slippery; we went outside for a look and my friend slipped and fell as soon as she stepped out onto the terrace, and hurt her leg. I feel that perhaps it should be locked during the evening in winter months, or maybe some lighting would help and/or a sign to warn about the surface being rather slippery when wet.

Was a great find perfect location. Minutes from beach and also 2 fantastic pubs. Staff were so friendly and really nicely cooked breakfast,

There are no local shops. But only a 15 - 20 minute drive so not terrible.

Beautiful property and lovely room. As out of season owner offered to get us some food in as we were walking the coastal path and not much open in the area to eat out or buy food.Lovely quiet village.

Great location but could do with more warning re one road in and how remote.

Rooms need a little updating.
