"Poorly organized property manager "

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and nicely located in Edinburgh. My criticism is with the property manager altivo. The first issue is the picture of the property in the advertisement is the building across the street. How did that get by? I’m sure that’s confusing for people. Second. To get instructions for the key, visitors are required to fill out an online form with your personal information. This was after I already paid for the unit. I had to call the property, after paying for wifi capability, to get them to email me the form and then and only then would they tell me how to get the key. I was emailed the form the second day I stayed there. The third issue is the key is a 7 minute walk from the apartment to Waverley station where it’s stored at excess baggage. Not ideal. I had to leave my mom at the front door while I walked over to get the key. It’d really be a hassle if someone was alone because they’d have to bring their luggage all the way there and back. Just get a lock box. Also there’s only one key which can be a problem for larger groups. It’s a two bedroom apartment, why not have a second key? There were also no check out instructions other than take out the trash. I assumed to leave the key back at the station, which was correct, but some instructions would have been considerate. Also a hassle of a situation to bring luggage all the way to the station. Other than that the apartment was nice, there could have been more instructions for appliances tho.
