３０１号室はトイレ、バスルームの入口にテーブルやハンガー掛けがあり、通行に支障がある。また、スロットマシーンが邪魔である。もともと、狭い部屋なので設備の設置レイアウトをもう一度考えてほしい。

駐車場からフロントへの階段が急で手摺もなく安全性に疑問がある。手荷物が多かったので、この階段は辛い。 部屋（３０４室）の空調ファンからかん高い異音がして、夜間は運転できなかった。修理してほしい。
