esthetically beautiful. There were discomforts with the beds, one was firmer than the other, both a bit uncomfortable. Hockey players were in and they were for a lack of better words "wild" it was loud and obnoxious. now that I know that they frequent this hotel for their hockey games, we will not stay there. We will seek an air bnb. The pool was great, however, not so great for my children. the slide was closed, and only open for 2 hours per day, which took the fun away from using it as there are other guests jockeying for a spot as well. Swimming pool GREAT, hot tub, had residue on the bottom. I would not use it.

maintenance of the hot tub and pool, adjust bed sizes or allow guests to know what they will be receiving. We had a cot that was delivered because the bed was too firm. The mattress was so thin and used, you could see and feel the coils on the cot.

Hotel was nice

Booking charges for a room that was unavailable for the night I booked. So they had to downgrade my room, but there was no way for the best Western to change the price. I'm upset because I got charged three hundred dollars for a 200$ room . No, one seems to be getting back to me about this issue.So i'm upset and I won't be using booking again.And if best western can't make this right, I won't be going back there

There was a huge confusion between the online booking and booking the room at the actual hotel. I ended up getting charged twice at two different rates. And then when I asked for a refund, I was charged for the more expensive rate and only given back the amount for the cheaper rate. So I was feeling really disrespected about the inconvenience of me having to chase down the money that was owed to me and then being charged more for the price of the room. When there was a cheaper rate available
