Está abandonado. No hay nadie en recepción, no te dan instrucciones para la entrega o suelta de llaves, no cogen el teléfono. A través de Booking me respondieron como recoger las llaves cuando ya llevaba dos días allí. Te dan una única copia de llaves y no te dan de la piscina (no se la han dado ni al socorrista a día de hoy, 10 de agosto) y más vale no tener ningún problema porque te ves allí sin ayuda de nadie. Plazas de parking ocupadas por jetas Las cajas de registro eléctricas accesibles sin escaleras abiertas con los cables al descubierto.

Peaceful Very spacious apartment Great location

Huge apartment with roof terrace + terrace with view to the pool. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean and smelled good. I was quite intimidated about the previous feedbacks, but my apartment was very nice considering that other similar facilities nearby are 3x more expensive

Small TV, small couch, the entire complex needs some love and care.

The room spacious & clean. However we was given a double room to begin with when we ordered a twin ! This took 30 mins for the hotel staff to remedy.

The hotel didn’t have any amenities at all ! They advertise it as a health & wellness hotel but nothing was open. No cafeteria, no bar , no spa facilities at all. The only thing they had open was the outside pool, however the pool bar was closed. If we had known there was no facilities open we wouldn’t of booked this hotel. We were so upset that we went to stay with friends in Marbella because there wasn’t any life at the hotel. We actually checked out on Sunday 25th August when we were booked until Monday 27th August !!!

Really out of date furniture, cupboards in kitchen broken. Very limited kitchen utensils. In general the whole resort is very tired and run down . Plunge pool had so much chlorine

The apartment was spacious and the airconditioning made it very cool

Everything was beautiful about the look of the place. The staff were really friendly and left us in peace unless we requested something of them. The room was awesome, spacious and we had the facilities for self catering, we had a personal fridge with a compartment for freezing a few things, microwave to heating things up, a toaster, coffeemaker, kitchen sink. The bathroom was a very large wet room. Lots of storage space for our clothing. A really lovey terrace outside with a table, 2 chairs, a really great scene of the hotel.

There was nowhere to get any food to eat nor drink on the compound and was made to understand that we would be able to have breakfast made in the mornings but because it wasn't that populated they didn't provide anything and had to provide our own things to eat & drink. We had to order an Uber to and from there anytime we went out because the location didn't have anywhere close by that we could reach within walking distance and there was quite a big construction site still being built on and not enough directions to locate anywhere with ease.
