The apartment with a pool, all round good facilities in the kitchen.Close to some lovely restaurants

The area approaching the complex was very scruffy. Reception doesn't open until 11am closes at 5. No kettle in apartment.

The bed was super small and uncomfortable. It was a ”pet friendly” hotel but dogs were not allowed in hotel outside area. The dog was not allowed by the pool area even kept inside a carrier. They sell this hotel as a ”pet friendly” but in reality it is not. They didn’t even clean the room once during our visit. We were in need of fresh towels and the toilet paper ran out.

i waited for 4 days before the bedding and towels were changed. i had to go and ask 3times during my stay.and the single bed was tiny.

The room was clean.

the pool was empty when we arrived and took two days to fill up. (we only stayed there for 5 days so couldn’t even use it properly) broken fence around the pool. No bar or restaurant available to even get a drink! this is apparently due to ‘covid’ which is absolutely ridiculous as all bars and restaurants are open as normal. no access to indoor pool! no access to gym! only 12 sun loungers were available so we had to sit on towels on the floor! Extremely disappointed with this poor hotel. Advertised as a lovely hotel but completely misled. It was like an abandoned hotel. Waste of money.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and a good temperature. The staff we saw were very efficient and professional. We saw very few guests and the hotel looked virtually empty which we found strange.

We could not get a meal at the hotel. The facilities were there, tables and chairs set out but we were told there were no staff to cook anymore. It's a shame as it would have made the stay nicer but all in all this was the only thing to remark upon.
