The location, friendly staff with great attitude

There were a lot of ants and other insects in the room. Additionally, the bedding felt synthetic, making it incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sleep on. The AC unit is positioned directly above the bed, blowing cold air straight down all night, which risks catching a cold—so I had to turn it off. To make matters worse, a neighboring rooster was crowing all night starting from midnight. It screamed every few hours, making the sleep quality absolutely terrible. Breakfast was also a mixed experience. During check-in, I was asked to select my breakfast choices for the next day in advance. This felt quite unusual, as I had never experienced this at a hotel before, but ok. While the food itself was decent, the coffee was terrible. It was served cold, very strong, and had an artificial, flavored taste. I would have much preferred a classic, black filter coffee to start my morning. I really wanted to give this property a higher score because the staff have a great attitude and try their best to provide great service. They definitely made a tough stay a little bit better. However, the main thing you expect from a one-night stay is a good night's sleep and proper rest, which I unfortunately did not get.

Clean and within walking distance to imperial citadel ..shops and restaurants

If travel with too much or too heavy luggage.. would have hard time to get up and down stairs. The inn staff will do their best to help though. Larger vehicles would not make it through the alley way. Most Grabs will only drop you off at the nearest Main Street and ask you to walk the short remaining way yourself

Le manque de panneau indiquant mieux l'hôtel car dans une impasse au tout début d'une grande avenue

Ein kleines süßes Stadthotel, Vi hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon ❤️. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Dusche funktioniert wunderbar und das Frühstück war reichlich. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Zitadelle zu besuchen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Haupteingang. In der direkten Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants/ Cafés. Vi hat uns auch mit der Weiterfahrt geholfen und viele tolle Touren Vorschläge gemacht. Wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert und können dieses ruhige Hotel weiterempfehlen.

La localisation, derrière la cité impériale et dans un quartier résidentiel calme. La gentillesse du personnel, aux petits soins. La douche avec ses multi-fonctions.

Wonderful property, comfortable rooms and bed, and a very nice staff! It is a 10 minute walk to the tourist area but it’s very nice to be away from it. Good restaurants nearby and a very nice pool.
