We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We were there for four days. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the sights and is beautifully and quietly located in the old town. The hotel is clean. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was very good. You can rent bicycles and mopeds at the property. The staff is very friendly, espacially Mr. Tuan.

Posizione strategica per visitare la città imperiale

La struttura davvero sporchissima, ci hanno dato una stanza che non era stata pulita dai vecchi ospiti, bottiglie di bibite iniziate, fazzoletti usati per terra, rozzi di capelli ovunque. Le valigie si sono riempite di formiche e piccole blatte. Davvero disgustoso. Peccato perché la struttura potrebbe anche essere bella essendo all'interno di una casa tipica.

+ La chambre confortable et propre. + Juste à côté de la cité impériale.

+ Très très difficile de communiquer. Pas un mot d'Anglais du staff. Accueil pas chaleureux non plus. + Pas d'informations touristiques ou de tours proposés. + bémol pour le petit déjeuner exclusivement vietnamien. + Loin du centre touristique (restaurants)

We had a good stay at 1962 Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant.
