LTThe hotel lacation is just perfect. And we loved - that it has a lounge-bar, where you can get light dinner at the place and have a conversation about the day spend in Lisbon and around it.
As we were family with two kids, we took the familg room and honestly the hotel shouldn't offer such opportunity as the kids should sleep almost on the ground. Eventhough the staff declares it to ba a sofa, honestly is sofa matched with the matress right on the floor. What is more, the room is too small and not comfortable for the family with 2 kids. I would recommend hotel to declare it very clearly.

BEStaff was the best part. Very helpful.
Going for work, I had to do some evening prep. The lack of desk, ironing board and iron was unexpected. The staff quickly fixed the ironing issue, but having to go work in the common area with a bunch of very young people was less than ideal.

This hotel is perfectly located. I originally booked a two-night stay, but thanks to the amazing team of dynamic staff, I decided to extend my trip to a full seven nights. Kailey and Leo went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable experience. I was warmly welcomed by Goma, Ana, Bruno, Guillermo, Miguel, Margarida, Barbara, and Vivek. This exceptional team demonstrated excellent teamwork, making my stay at the hotel truly satisfying. The breakfast provided a healthy balance of options.
