En especial Ima, es encantadora, nos ayudó en todo momento y sus desayunos los mejores. La ubicación es muy buena y a 10 min caminando la puerta azul. Nos ayudaron a reservar el taxi a fez. Lo recomiendo.

Mejoraría la ducha, tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente.

Great value for money. Delicious and generous breakfast. Beautiful and spacious room. The furnishings were stunning. The bed large and comfortable.

It was noisy. The people who live at the Riad were at times noisy. There were kids playing in the street until late at night. This is no one’s fault. But be aware - the noise was loud. The main male owner was unwilling to help. Bordering on being rude and dismissive.

Great views from the terrace, enjoyed with breakfast. Location is right in the Médina but a street over from the hustle and bustle. Staff were helpful although very minimal English spoken. The room was a good size for a 2-3 day stay - the faculties were also nice and clean.

Construction on the street leading up the riad means the street is dark at all times, can feel a little sketchy- there were no issues though. Shower is quite slow to drain. Breakfast is scheduled for 9am but is generally ~15/20 mins late, keep this in mind if you have a tour booked.

Nice breakfast on rooftop. Washed a bag of laundry for us for MAD100. Held onto our luggages for us on the day of check out.

The riad was a little challenging to find. We couldn't locate it using Google maps with the address provided on Booking.com. We managed to get there after contacting the riad. We also didn't have hot water to shower for most nights that we stayed here. We reported this and was told that this has never happened before. They needed to get someone to repair it, which was fair enough, but it would have been nice to be offered a solution or compensation as we had to shower in cold water for 3 days. There was also bad smell coming from bathroom/toilet, which wasn't too bad after we closed the doors.

Gorgeous property with lovely restaurant, excellent hospitality and service from the manager Aladin, chef Iman and staff Fatima. Aladin arranged an excellent tour for us. Iman cook amazing food for us. I twisted my ankle on a walk and the ladies took such good care of me. I don’t know anywhere in the world that would offer this kindness. We will always stay at this riad when we go to Fes.

Beautiful Riad, the room was nice and comfortable, great position in the center of the Medina. Good breakfast on the terrace!
