"All good for a budget stay. Room 3 suitable if you don’t need to stay in room for any time. Room 2 lovely size and suit"

Handy location. Clean, comfy. Get what you pay for. Good on a budget though. Questionable fake sausage and bacon! Breakfast good other than that!

Very Comfy bed in room 3. Space difficult though. Heated bathroom floor.

"No heating and customer off there shoes"

Nothing nice about this property, you can’t wear shoes , you work on bear foot and heating system is not working while l was at the property for few hours and l was very cold , l suffer severe arthritis on my knees and right hand , l was in serious pain to the extent l have to leave the property and book another hotel
