Location was secluded and quiet but also minutes away from attractions. Beds were comfortable and clean. We saw a mama bear and cubs nearby.

Nothing disappointed. First time visiting Gatlinburg and we kept busy.

Just disappointed we only got to use the hot tub the last night because it wasn’t working They didn’t get it fixed until 8:24 pm the 2nd night and it took until the 3rd night to warm up. I had knee replacements and searched for a rental we liked with a hot tub that I could use every evening after long days of walking but the last night it felt great. Also the toilet seat in lower bath, the seat needs replaced. It was broken when we arrived

Location is fabulous! Easy to get to Gatlinburg attractions, but still private. This is our second year staying at this cabin and we will likely rent again next year! Wifi is fast, check in is easy and we really enjoyed the pool table. This cabin would be great for 4 adults and a handful of kids. Bring some games if you plan to stay in!

Seen a mother bear and three Cubs, two of which climbed up onto my motorcycle. One Cub decided to bite my seat. Not much I could do with momma only 15 feet away. It made it so memorable that we will be taking about this trip, this cabin and the bears for the rest of our lives. So with that I say thank you for letting us stay there.

Some glasses fell because s shelf peg was not in place and I tried catching them. There were like 4-6 small glasses. Well I caught the first three then the next several fell on them and the broker in my hands. Resulting in a few minor cuts. Bleeding stopped within a few minutes and glass was cleaned up.
