Although we've ordered a bunk bedroom by mistake a few hours before our stay, the owners did not let us cancel it for the entire stay (three nights) and were very unkind when responding to our messages. We felt trapped in a place we didn't want to be at.

Süße Lokation, liebevoll eingerichtet.

Straße etwas laut, Bett für dritte Person ok aber dann sehr eng im Zimmer. Parkplatz Situation nicht optimal.

"Appartement bien placé avec piscine"

Notre appartement était au 2ème étage côté piscine, donc c'était beaucoup plus calme qu'un rez de chaussé côté rue. La piscine salée était chauffée et couverte à cause du temps maussade que nous avons eu. Le système de code de porte est très bien et le wifi fonctionne bien. Enfin l'emplacement est pratique. Le métro combatentes est à 5 minutes à pieds et ça amène directement au centre de Porto. Enfin il y a plusieurs bons restaurants à côté (Lareira, bon restaurant de grillades, et surtout A Regional de Costa Cabral avec le patron très accueillant qui parle français).

Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la machine à café, et la pression dans la douche était faible. L'immeuble vibre lorsque les bus ou camions passent à toute allure dans la rue Costa Cabral. Enfin l'espace repas est petit pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants) mais suffisant pour y prendre le petit déjeuner.

Além das acomodações espartanas, falta empatia com o cliente em diversos níveis. Limpeza do chão, sem apoio de cabeceira, falta de conforto no minúsculo espaço de estar.

"Calm place with friendly staff"

I liked the place because it was calm and in a residential area. Little supermarkets were close, metro as well. The Toaster was broken and was replaced immediately.

The drain was smelly.

The apartment was in a very good location. It was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. The pool area was good. The breakfast that was delivered every day was great and more than we were expecting.

Nothing really, I thought the towels were a little thin. But everything else was good..
