Park Hotel Tskaltubo - Balneo Resort

Spacious and good location!!

Air conditioning is not designed well …. No Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms… had to sleep in the living room on the couch !!

Everything and everyone except the management

As we came tired driving from Tbilisi to the caves and arriving to the hotel, the hotel refused to open the hotel gates for the car to drive in to drop us with our luggage. The Receptionist apologised for the Manager's decision and the Manager or Supervisor or someone form the office came out of the office to the reception with not a pleasant nor hospitable face look. This is truly not appreciated and perhaps hospitality with business management and customer relations training maybe required for that person. I will for sure never go back to this hotel :-( ☹️

The hotel does NOT have a pool or spa or parking as they describe on their website! The photos cannot be from the hotel spa as they do NOT have one! Guests are lured in by lies and deception! Booking.com did not help at all also! This property should be removed from booking.com

Main park gate main opening is in front of the hotel

Bathrooms are too smelly

The room was clean and all facilities are new.

Breakfast begins only at 9:00, but it was very rich and suitable also for vegeterians. The room is a little small.

Queen sized bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was small and our room had no window view. Also there was some kind of smell in the room and some spots on the walls
