Water and snack bar as a present

Issue with parking. We drove around for 20 minutes in order to find a spot as we were not allowed to park in the courtyard (reserved for residents). No elevator, might be issue for elder people and those with heavier luggage as one would have to climb on the top floor. As there's no air conditioning, one would expect to sleep with open windows but it was impossible due to constant smoking of neighbours from windows below (which stopped around 3 A.M. on a working day. As we're non smokers it was a huge problem for us.

Everything was good. The place is not big, but very well planned. There is even a washing machine in the bedroom, don't miss it.

The only problem could be if you have not paid attention to the fact that there is no lift and bring lots of luggage. Though I expected that, so have not experienced this problem. Also a church nearby rings a bell every 15 min, but I get accustomed to that after a day.

"perfect.crystal clear flat"

everything was perfect. we requested late check out since we were working and the owner tried to help us as much as possible. He let us be there till 1 instead of 12 until the cleaner came to clean for the next guests.
