Popped into Canopy and specifically The Wayward bar and restaurant. Had one of their phenomenally viral holiday beverages, the O’ Christmas Tree. Delicious! And Dontay, our waiter (and famous Insta reel star) was fabulous. Check it out. A great boujie feel. Very upscale yet cozy.

Had some amazing cocktails and warm chocolate chip cookies before our annual holiday shopping trip - Our server was Dontay and he was amazing!! Thanks for a great start to a great day!

Ciara and Soby at the front desk are so warm and accommodating. My room was absolutely perfect, beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is located in such a great spot. I was there in December, so i was lucky enough to be able to enjoy the lights and decotarions in the street. You are walkkng distance from any and all things you could possibly need. This will be my go to hotel everytime I come to philly from now on!

Great location, great service. The food at The Wayward was excellent and my server, Dontay, and the busser, were very welcoming. From the moment I checked in, the front desk agent, Sony, was very kind and personable.

I love my experience at Canopy Philadelphia every time I walk through the doors but one of my favorite features is the connected restaurant & bar at The Wayward. I stopped by to try some seasonal snacks and cocktails and Dontay took such great care of me. He helped me pick a couple drinks that best match my palette and he was incredibly accommodating when I requested a seat change so that I could have a better view of the holiday decor. It’s staff like Dontay who truly make these types of experiences memorable and worth returning to. Thank you!

We have had 2 recent experiences while visiting the Canopy. Best of all is that the same wonderful people have taken care of us. While dining we were greeted and served by Dontay, Ben and Sherwin cus those burgers are the best and we had to come back both days during our visit. They know us by name and make the experience so comforting and warm. And kudos to the chef the food is always on point !!!

I stayed at Canopy Philly for work and was blown away. I highly recommend. The rooms are spotless, bedding and pillows luxurious, and over all décor modern and updated. Staff was always pleasant and lovely. Will certainly stay here again. Only thing to potentially improve is water pressure in the shower/shower heads. Like other reviews, for such nice fixtures (Grohe) they should certainly perform better.
