Vrlo ugodan smještaj u užem centru grada sa besplatnim parkingom. Bogat i ukusan doručak.

The breakfast, along with the staff was excellent every morning. The location of the property was within walking distance to several cafes, and restaurants

The excercise room was very warm and the exercise bike didn't work. The weights were not put back in place, as several people just left them on the floor. Water and towels should be available up in weight room.

Location

The breakfast was amazing. You could order anything you like. The hotel was central to everything. You can walk to most places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd visit to Osijek and our 2nd time staying at the same hotel. If we were to come back we would stay there again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was comfortable.

Breakfast is excellent! If you get one of the bigger rooms, its rather good! Everything just works fine, no problems

All was according to expectations.

Main hotel excellent as were most of the staff. Breakfast was really good as was the service...but our room was in a courtyard down at the back and very outdated. Doors didn't lock properly. Furniture old/ outdated. Main entrance to the rooms was not kept locked.

Attitude of receceptionist on arrival Thur. 24/4. She embarrassed us in presence of family who had rooms in main hotel saying we were in 3star and that's all that that was available. I had been misled by advert and offered to pay any difference to stay in main hotel..her attitude was it was my problem not hers.She didn't help us to locate the room and we had to ask strangers in the alleyway for directions. Our relatives had actually paid less for same number of nights and the 4 star facility

We loved the size of the room, location in the center, yet very quiet.

It seems that some previous guests smoked in the room, so the air in the room was not the best, but it got better with window opened.
