La vista frente al mar

El agua se salía de la ducha, no había shampoo, el ruido no estaba aislado

Há muito barulho da rua, som alto até a madrugada. Não é culpa do hotel, mas prejudicou a hospedagem.

The staff at this property were welcoming, professional, and respectful. I noticed other reviews that mentioned issues with the staff, but that was not my experience at all. My room was ocean facing, and directly over the main strip with a stunning ocean view. The location could not be better if you want to be right in the action, directly on the beach, and immediate walking distance to the "hot spot" bars, restaurants, and beach.

The only downside is the noise - it is intense. The room is not sound proofed in any way (it is a very basic room, with a very basic balcony). If you intend to get any sleep at this place - forget it. You are directly on the beach and the party is raging at all hours of the day on San Andres. After an intense few days of travel, I needed a bit of rest for a few hours to recharge - and that was impossible. It was so noisy in the afternoon, on a monday, that I had to change hotels. As I mentioned - if you are in San Andres to party HARD for 48 to 72 hours - this is a great place to stay. If you need any semblance of rest - it is not for you.

No es algo determinante pero si uno llega temprano de la playa hay q esperar q prendan la caldera para el agua caliente

Excelente ubicación. Las instalaciones son acordes y tiene una excelente relación calidad precio. Es hermoso despertarse y ver ese mar increíble y estar a pocos pasos de la playa. Es cierto que puede ser ruidoso en las noches ya que la isla tiene un espíritu muy alegre pero en nuestro caso esto no nos impidió para nada descansar bien. Queremos destacar el profesionalismo y amabilidad de Juliana quien siempre nos asesoró y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda volveríamos.

La ubicación está justo en la zona peatonal y céntrica. Era salir y caminar metros nomás. La atención del personal muy agradable. La limpieza excelente.

Al momento de usar el agua del baño para lavarse la cara o para bañarse la misma tenía un olor no muy agradable. No sé si es por un problema de esa zona de la isla (frente a la playa Spratt Bight) o del hotel. El resto todo muy bien.
