New San Juan beach apartment with AC

Super appartement, conforme aux photos, l’assistance était parfaite. Il y avait tout le confort nécessaire : la télé avec Netflix, les lieux étaient confortables. Il y avait tout dans la cuisine. La literie était magnifique et confortable, les serviettes étaient impeccables, la plage est à 5-8 minutes maximum. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité. La piscine était superbe, très grande et très propre, avec une belle pelouse et des transats. Les voisins sont très gentils et accueillants. Franchement, rien à redire, je recommande fortement !

j ai pas trouvé de points négatifs. peux etre les places de parking sont un peu serrés . mais je suis arrivé à stationner avec mon gros 4x4 range rover .

In the bathroom the sink was clogged, the water did not drain very well There was no vacuum and no broom. We stayed for 6 days and I couldn’t clean the floor. Vacuum would be very helpful to have

It was very clean and spacious and in a lovely area, even though it’s an apartment block all of the neighbours were lovely. The ac worked and it was nice to have a balcony to dry any clothes.

The tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t change channels or anything, even though it had Netflix and Disney we couldn’t access them as the remote didn’t work. The shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold there wasn’t a way to balance it and what with having a toddler with us it made it difficult for us to wash her. At first it was confusing to access the building as you have to download an app but once you figure it out it’s easy.

The apartment offered several perks that enhanced our stay. The availability of a shaded parking spot was a practical benefit. We also appreciated the well-kept outdoor area, which included two swimming pools - a nice touch for warm afternoons. The location was convenient with a market across the street and numerous cafes in close proximity. This offered a decent range of food options and helped with our day-to-day meal planning. Inside, the apartment had a good amount of natural light, and the kitchen was functional, aiding in the preparation of our meals.

While the apartment did hold some appeal, I found that the photographs online suggested a level of freshness and modernity that didn't quite align with our experience. The images projected a sheen and newness that wasn't as palpable during our stay. The use of the word "beach" in the apartment's title sets up certain expectations, the foremost being that the beach would be located in the immediate vicinity. However, it required a bit of a walk, being several blocks away. This discrepancy might be something future guests would want to be aware of. Another concern was the lack of a mosquito net in the bathroom. Without it, we found that ants became unwanted visitors during daylight hours, which was less than ideal. An addition of a mosquito net could easily resolve this issue. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom sink. After use, it would fill up with water that took an extended amount of time to drain – often up to 20 minutes. This is certainly an area that would benefit from some attention. Considering the pricing of the apartment, I had anticipated some additional amenities that were unfortunately missing. For instance, an espresso machine would be a welcome addition, given the daily ritual of coffee for many travelers. Lastly, a remote control for the parking lot gate would greatly enhance convenience for guests with cars. Having to exit the vehicle to manually operate the gate seemed a bit inconvenient. While these observations may seem critical, they are shared with the intent to provide constructive feedback for potential enhancements to the property. We enjoyed our stay and see great potential for this apartment to provide an even more satisfying experience for future guests.

-The apartment itself is very nice, it's well furnished and has all the necessary stuff in it. -The area around the building is very nice. -It's rather close to the beach and all restaurants, etc.

-The check-in process was a nightmare. It was super complicated to get in. First, you need to sign a digital contract and provide all passport details including the scan of the passports of all the visitors and SELFIES. Then, you need to download an app that opens the locks, however, it didn't work in our case and we tried to contact the host, but he/she didn't reply the calls. Text messages somewhat worked and only in Spanish. So after getting in, we were already tired and stressed. -Then, the street is very loud with lots of traffic and it was hard to sleep at night. -The water in the bathroom was either hot or cold and nothing in between. The sink is blocked. -Cleaning came before the checkout time. - Saw a huge cockroach in the bedroom.
