The property is so bad!!! Dirty bed cold room!!!i just entered and left i regret going there

The bed was nice

The tub was pretty gross

Rude staff dirty rooms dog poop in hallways

Scrappy spot wouldn't suggest it to anyone

Rude staff treat you like an inconvenience you'd think it was free and you didn't pay for it the way they act like there doing you a favor and not taking your money and its dirty

I am on the do not rent list cause my boyfriend prep the side door open for less than 30 secs cause our dog had an emergency pee after 10pm and was rude about it they don't know how to talk to me as an adult very very rude.

I been going there alot for a few months but when I came to check in this time they said I am on the do not rent list. My bf not me went to take our dog out and it was past 10pm. He went out the side door and left the door prop open just not more than 30 secs a drunk staff member flip out on him over it saying we were gonna get fined for prop side door open after 10pm and there was another staff member backing her up and how we were gonna get fined and never come back again. For the door prop open not more than 30 secs and did I mention I was not there i was at work. I believe every staff member there lives there and after we been going there for a few months they seem to get tired of the guests and try to find away to not have them come back. I always made sure I left the room cleaner than it was. Besides they do not know what clean is I never complain about it but I should of but then they might take my money and keep us out anything way. The hallways smell like pee and a few times I would see dog poop in the hallways and no one seems to care and the pots and pans were missing and they could not replace them so we could not cook our food and they never made sure the dishes were clean when u check in and I call it lazy cause there are dishwashers in every room. They don't mop or sweep floors my feet were black just walking around in my room. Gross!!! I am band cause my bf left the side door open after 10pm cause u have to go through the front which was a longer walk at night to our room. Messed up I did not do it my bf and they flip out and there were other people doing worse than that and they never got on the list of do not rent to.

Dirty and when I would ask for an extra towel they would be snobby about it and say they are not washed yet. Rarely did we have a towel hand towel wash wag hand towel for kitchen and wash wage for kitchen. And did not like if I ask for dishwasher tabs or shampoo like I was taking it from them. The staff are young and full of drama kids. Need to learn how to how clean. Sweep mop and wipe walls and counters ty he toilets were moldy it was nasty. Sinks always were clogged with nasty hair. I should of complained and got my money worth I never got them to get me a discount when I was paying the daily rate when I stayed for 2 weeks to months. I liked the location but shocked I am on the do not rent list cause of what my bf did.

Not much to like like or be happy with i like the size of the bathrooms

Rude staff dirty rooms literally everyone who works there seems to live there and run around day and night drunk.and high no joke acting like they personally own the place the hallways and stairwell small of urine you will come across piles of dog poop in hallways could be a nice hotel but its not lots of drug activity staff included i was personally screamed at and threatened by one of the girls that works at front desk and I didn't even argue with her and now I cant stay there after that interaction I wouldn't of came back anyway
