Sehr lauter Verkehr und Menschenlärm, betriebsame Strasse, die ganze Nacht.

The staff were professional and it was really clean. Close to important places and location is perfect 👌. Near to sight seeing areas Good tbat you have a kitchen to warm food and cook ,relax and also storage facilities I like that they do security checks like make sure they register who enters the building .

I think if some staff could exercise great customer service more then it will be great. I didn't know where the lift was and it was pointed and I got confused and asked again and again and even asked they come show me but the staff still pointed. I didn't see it . So I never used the lift but stairs. Thats just part of customer service to go out of your way but this was not going out of way.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean (room, bathrooms, washrooms and kitchen). The place is convenient in terms of being in town, closer to the lake (a walking distance), closer to shops and eating places, and it is close to the tram stations and bus stop.

The fridge does not have a freezer compartment.

Everything was good and very clean. Location was very important for my work. The staff was quite friendly. Proximity to transport facilities. Also near to the food areas. It was also quiet.
