Nyhavn City Apartments

The location is truly superb. The bathroom was nice and spacious, high quality towels and bedsheets, very good for a short stay with a small family. Excellent coffee machine with pods, quiet and peaceful. Slept very well, the sofa is super comfortable, very nice to take it easy.

The kitchen corner is a bit squeezed and there was no real space to sit for a breakfast. Small details like the coffee cups not fitting the machine, no pan in the kitchen or the bathroom sink drain not draining or not being able to open the window were manageable. Also consider exchanging that huge closet for another square meter of space or two.

Clean, adequate facilities for a short holiday, hot shower, good wifi, close to Nyhaven, shops and metro.

No lifts. Not soundproof. TV only works via casting or with an Apple TV account.

the location was good - short walk to buses so could get anywhere from here. the online messaging was also quick and helpful.

The noise from other people in the block of flats was horrendous. They all share one stairway and nobody even tried to keep quiet well into the night. bangs and crashes from above, a horrible place to try and sleep with a family. it was also up 3 floors (6 flights of stairs) with no lift. the apartment itself was clean, but very basic. and there was an enormous wardrobe in the main sitting/bed room that banged and rattled every time someone took a step. we had booked for 3 nights but could only stay there 1 night and left the next day. you couldn’t get any sleep.

The location was wonderful!! Plenty of hot water for showers. Easy check-in.

The noise — No soundproofing at all, could hear the neighbors coming and going at all hours of the night, and conversations through the walls. Carpet was stained and dirty all over. Makeup stains on a bath towel. No working accounts on TV — needed to use personal logins, for Apple TV, Netflix, et cetera.

The small flat was clean & comfortable.

Beds were comfortable and location was convenient. Kitchenette was good and the toiletries on the bathroom were nice

The staircase was very dark in the evening. We couldn't find a light switch. The carpet in the room was stained but looked clean. We couldn't get any channels on the TV to work. Some instructions would have been nice. A microwave in the kitchette would have been handy but I understand the space constraints
