The room is spacious, espresso machine

There was a very strong, foul odor during the first two days, to the point where it was impossible to sleep and it actually woke us up at night. On top of that, there was a loud noise from the upper floors every time someone used the restroom (loud plumbing/sewage noise). The room itself had mosquitoes and very dim lighting. There is also no receptionist on-site; if you need anything, you have to run over to the neighboring building's reception (where the staff were available, at least). The neighborhood is extremely dark at night and feels completely unsafe/unpleasant to walk around in. As for parking, the garage is a 5-minute walk from the room. Every single time I tried to enter or exit, it was an absolute nightmare—especially when leaving. Even though I paid the hotel for parking, the system was not user-friendly at all, causing major delays and unnecessary frustration. I even ended up having to pay at the garage itself again (though I did eventually get a refund from the hotel).

Zentral in der Altstadt von Palma gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Auto konnte in einer Tiefgarage (2Min. vom Hotel entfernt) für 27€ pro/Tag abgestellt werden.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit und konnten mir bezüglich foodspots, Strand etc. Tolle Empfehlungen aussprechen

We love everything about Samaritana suites. The location in Old Town is quiet with lovely restaurants nearby. Staff very pleasant. Room with kitchen excellent for short stay

We loved everything

Location was super, we walked everywhere. The access to the sun terrace was a big bonus. The accommdation itself was spacious,with good seating, kitchen and a comfortble bed. We appreciated the espresso machine, nd the water bottles every day, The personell ws very friendly nd helpful.
