Staff were polite, respectful and helped where possible. Breakfast was good. Location ok.

Didn't feel comfortable due to my 2nd keycard going missing on the 2nd day of my stay, along with my exclusive 1 of 20 water bottle and health supplements with a combined worth over £120. Although reimbursed, the principle behind the act was disappointing and I felt uneasy during the rest of my stay. If you decide to stay, make sure to use the safe!

The apartment was spacious, clean and wonderfully located in the old town of Palma. Access to the hotel's facilities (eg spa and roof terrace) was a real bonus. The staff's service was impeccable. Thank you.

Bedroom was a little cramped and access to the small terrace a bit difficult as there wasn't much space between the door and and the bed. There was no oven in the kitchen, but there was a microwave, so not a problem for us.
