staffs are friendly and accomodating. they are always availabe. room is small , ac is good howeve door knob of main door is broken. cr door os also broken. wifi is unstable, smart tv is functional

"Very uncomfortable and disturbing."

You can't barely use the water in restroom because the waterflow is weak. The restroom and the room itself is dirty. The place is small. You can hear the noise, people talking outside. It is very uncomfortable. The stairs is narrow. The room we had doesn't have natural ventilation. I saw a rat went outside from our room. Very disappointing.
