Warburton Digs

Warburton and the people there were absolutely lovely. The accommodation was spacious, well situated and well equipped.

It could have been cleaner, and it would have been helpful to have access to a vacuum. The downfall was the intrusive messaging from the owners about every single visitor and if they were staying. We were in the area with family, who were staying at other accommodations. We advised of two child who wanted to stay over, we asked first, got permission and we were charged accordingly. The owner then accused us of having an extra guest on top of that, which we didn't. Not a nice experience and I don't recommend this accommodation if you like your privacy. We felt as though our every move was being watched and questioned, and we didn't feel comfortable having our family visit us at the accommodation There is a camera at the front door that points directly into the living area.

As described and clean and tidy. Deck is magnificent. All the local bird life and scenery were lovely.

Stunning as was expected as a second visit

I don’t want to hurt someone’s business but do wish visitors to be aware Intrusive surveillance cameras and felt like our conversation was being listened to At dinner we were discussing if our two visitors should stay the night and almost simultaneously a text was sent by owner asking how many people were attending the property. This felt like not only were we being watched but also listened too. Or unfortunate timing if text It’ should be noted that I had paid extra for the guests attending over the weekend but that these two were for dinner only and would have put us over the allotted beds paid for Whilst i understand the need to protect property we all felt very uncomfortable thereafter. We even went as far as blocking doors incase someone tried to enter I have stayed here before with friends and wanted family to experience the same venue but will not return again

The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and all basic amenities were provided.
