Bike shed was perfect made it very easy to store 4 bikes overnight. Roomy house , very well equipped, beautiful views and great location

Nice and clean and spacious for the whole family to be in, nice little town too

The property was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space to come together as a group, but at the same time space to have to get away for a quiet chat or read. Great value for money. Everything you need is there. This girl's bookclub group is keen to come back again. The Bambi's (3 deers next door) was an added bonus.

No electric blankets on the beds. Warburton can be cold. Would have appreciated a later checkout on the Sunday to fit in a walk, breakfast, shower and clean up before leaving

Well appointed, comfortable beds, very clean. Excellent heating.

Very cosy, wonderful views and well-situated. There were many places to sit apart or come together. The large bench dining table was great. Recommended.

There was not enough kindling or firelighters provided for the duration of our stay - the kindling ran out first night and as it was continually raining it wasn’t as simple as going outside and collecting our own. The toiletries provided (as stated in the description) were just a bottle of shower gel in each bathroom, so we used our own.

A beautiful space, surrounded by decking and garden, and with an amazing view! Walking distance to the town/river, and oh so quiet.
