The owners are very hands-on and are helpful whenever you need it in any way. Otherwise the leave you alone and give you privacy. The partial lake view is quite good and the balcony is where we spent some great time every day.

The appartement has a warm homely feeling to it, and the bedroom is really large. The kitchen is very well eqquiped. The location is great to do everything by foot in Laveno. There is a parking that is secured. The host gave us great recommandations for restaurants in the area.

The door lock was not at is best shape but was going to be replaced after our stay.

The hosts are helpful and very kind. They respond quickly to every message and are flexible regarding the check-in hours. The location is amazing, a stone's throw from the lake and with a spectacular view from the balcony.

Central location, ferry 200 metres away with easy assess to Verbania.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Laveno-Mombello, a stone’s throw from the lake. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, with some lovely pieces of furniture and art added as a bonus. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony at the front with a pleasant view of the lake between the buildings. All very relaxing! Free parking is available in a secure courtyard, which was very handy. The apartment was lovely, as was Paolo’s welcome, which was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.
