Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr gut! Wir waren 2 Tage in Palermo zu Fuß unterwegs und konnten jeden Tag bequem von der Unterkunft aus starten oder zwischendurch auch mal zurück kehren. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Straßenlärm, den viele anmerken, ist tatsächlich zu hören. Allerdings nur Freitag Nacht, als viele unterwegs waren. War für uns aber nicht störend. Wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen und die mitgebrachten Oropax kamen nicht zum Einsatz. Die Vermieterin Rita war für uns per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und wir standen die ganze Zeit in Kontakt. Sie hat mir nochmal die Busverbindung heraus gesucht und mir erklärt mit welcher Linie wir vom Flughafen zum Apartment kommen. Wir sind zwar mit dem Taxi in die Stadt rein gefahren, aber 50 m von der Unterkunft entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle. Überhaupt stand Rita uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit Tipps und Antworten zur Verfügung. Sie hat uns auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen fürs Abendessen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen lieben Dank an Rita für alles.

Location, size of the room.

The listing for this B&B is not quite accurate. While the place looks clean at first glance, the rooms are in need of maintenance and give off a neglected feeling. The linens were rough and scratchy, and the window was not soundproof at all (the building sits on a very busy avenue, so it’s extremely noisy day and night). We felt a bit cheated, as the description does not match reality. The “breakfast” included is just a coffee and a croissant at the bar downstairs, which is not a pleasant place to sit. You really can’t claim to offer breakfast and then send guests to a random bar. When we arrived, the first room we were given had damaged flooring covered by a carpet, and a cracked, grimy headboard. The bathroom in that room was so tiny. We asked to change rooms, and thankfully the hostess agreed right away. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can easily find much better options for the same price.

The location of the apartments is good, but they do not have their own parking.

Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere di persona Rita, la host, ma ci ha aiutato tramite Whatsapp ed è sempre stata molto gentile. Posizione del B&B centrale, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Palermo, ma soprattutto a 2 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto. Camera pulita, letto comodo, aria condizionata e acqua gratis disponibile.

Partendo molto presto il giorno seguente, non ci siamo potuti godere la camera completamente.

Super bien situé pour visiter tout le centre historique. Rue très passante le jour mais peu bruyante la nuit. Grande chambre mais petite salle de bain. Propriétaire gentille et disponible. Bon petit déjeuner.

L’entretien laisse un peu à désirer (poignée de douche manquante, tuyau de douche fuyant et surtout planches manquantes au plancher de la chambre dans lequel je me suis pris les pieds plusieurs fois).

Great location (near bus stops, near the central streets) Very nice room - big double bed + 1 smaller bed , modern bathroom, good internet speed Cleaning every day! Rita and her husband were very friendly. She solved all of our questions and the breakfast was amazing!
