The location was perfect, nice views and away from the noise but walkable to town. The apartment was clean and spacious. And the beds were comfortable.

The hallways stairs are a bit uneven and it is dark in some parts so might not be ideal for someone with limited mobility.

Tea and coffee available on arrival was very much appreciated. Location was very handy for us. Gordon answered the phoned promptly and was very helpful.

Had to contact host as we couldn't open key lock. No heating or hot water first morning. Both these problems were resolved with a phone call to Gordon who was very friendly and helpful. Would still have liked the app to have been a bit warmer.

The hall wasn’t lite up and no handrails

Unsafe,saw police front the building fewtimes,extremely cold,kitchen specially seems freezing.Owner charges me £50 to had messed the flat,when i didn't,in 3 days i only used one of 3 towels left..Probably maybe he wanted me to do the cleaning service and leaving the apartment exactly as I got it,saving then the cleaning costs.He must need money.

Stayed for our daughters gymnastics festival and was local which made our life easier

Good location for paisley town centre and transport into Glasgow. The apartment is on the top floor with nice views. We enjoyed our stay

The flat is shabby/tired and could do with updating. TV stand was broken by previous occupants, however we did receive an apology note about this. The blinds were stained with water and some didn’t work , there was a small leak at the bedroom window which we reported to the owners.
