Met Hotel

Hotel, room, reception and hang out area was amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. Views are incredible from the room and the roof top. Pool, sauna, gym all top. Being a bit lower in zona sur helps with the altitude adjustment. Perfect place to arrive and settle in on the altitude. Staff - reception, bar, housekeeping were outstanding. Friendly, pro-active, fast and always here to help. There are many small complementary things I did not expect like customizable breakfast bags if you leave very early for a trip and free room service Oxygen machine. In 10min walking are many extremely strong restaurants. The options and quality is outstanding.

Honestly, it was perfect and we had no complaints. Only the ability to connect the TV with air play to our iPad would have minimally improved our trip.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious. TV is big and has many channels. The pool and fitness area was also nice to use. The staff generally was very helpful. They seems to be committed to their job.

The only reason for this lower rate is only because of one thing and that is the elevator. There is a weak light inside both elevators, and the button does not light up, so this is really hard to see the floor numbers.

staff are very helpful, breakfast was good, rooms are comfortable, and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. the only issue was that it promised on hotels.com that we will get welcome drink, and we didn't but they said that it is hotels.com mistake

We arrived at hotel really early from Uyuni. Beat and tired, we left our luggage at the reception and was ready to head out for some food. Ernesto and his team surprised us with an early check in as it was my other friend's birthday. Such bolivian hospitality! We were greeted by a cake in the room at check in. He also gave his recommendation on coffee places around the hotel and money exchange. I extended for an extra day and he made the change of rooms an ease. What a competent and exemplary team they have. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts from Singapore!

It is a little out of the way. About a 15mins walk to the telefrico. Small issue.

Incredible hotel! A sleek, modern and boutique style hotel. The staff are attentive and thoughtful - especially with assisting navigating around La Paz. The location is perfect too. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast has a nice selection of food.
