Met Hotel

Incredible breakfast buffet with so much choice and you can order eggs to be cooked in a variety of ways. Excellent fitness centre and pool area, temperature of water was lovely and warm too. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s also in a nice location with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Room was very comfortable, shower was amazing.

We arrived early morning and went to our room only to find the room heating was not working and called maintenance who said it was fixed but had to move to another room because it was a fault initially on the whole floor and then with the room . They upgraded us to an executive room where the only single English Channel on the tv had to be rescanned every day as once turned off it was deleted . We ordered a packed to go as we had an early flight only to be told later in the day by a reception guy we had 3 more days left , but he had confused us with another couple . The hotel lacks so many things for a five star hotel and feels more like a basic budget hotel as you will find when you have breakfast

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room are great, brand new and very clean. Restaurant was very good, we had dinner there: the staff was attentive and the food delicious!
