Great place

It was just fine for a layover for our road trip. Would have been nice to have had a couple of real coffee and not decaffeinated.

Clean room with a lot of space, a lovely deck and a great view! Friendly and hard working staff. The pool at the golf club is a nice bonus. Fridge, microwave, wifi, etc. All you need for easy access to Bend and Smith Rock. The Sandbagger Saloon offers great local food and atmosphere.

Besides the saloon and the golf club there’s nothing happening in the area. So yes, it’s a bit remote.

The room was very small. The bed was memory foam. My wife liked it, but I didn't. The air conditioner was very small as well, but it didn't really keep the room cool enough. Probably only down to 78 degrees during the heat of the day. I doubt I will stay there again.

Our room was right off the golf course, unobstructed view. Absolutely stunning. The room was much cleaner and honestly larger than I anticipated. And there were actual amenities like a microwave and a fridge which I’ve found out recently don’t come standard with rooms anymore.

Beautiful surroundings and very quiet.

The silence and stars were remarkable. The right-handed coffee pots must go, too tricky for a Lefty, I spilled royally. Winter would be a lovely stop, here, coffee on the deck looking at the rimrock and bunnies.
