"It is good for being in Clínica Imbanaco but I’ll search for something else"

The first day was a problem with the water so I was left with soap in my body while they fixed it and to me finish my shower Then wasn’t hot water just cold water, The TV service is not good neither, couldn’t sleep so good since is a lot of sounds around , rooms are not soundproof as described

"They need to take care of the hot water, curtines, clean towels and serve breaksfast at least"

I was charged 2 more nights when I told them I was leaving January 3rd and not JANUARY 5th

"For the price is not recommended . Some of the room don’t have curtines, up floors rooms not water available"

very good location, close to shopping and restaurants.

Too small, Reception desk is not always available, sometimes they close the door and not immediate answer, bathroom towels are too old, no restaurant for breakfast nor lunch.

Location and price

This Hotel do no have an elevator, and it was a problem to take the baggage upstairs to 4th. Floor, the last day of my stay was not water to take a shower
