SGfor the price, room were clean enough and was comfortable.
The breakfast was not buffet, can only order from the first page of the menu. Cause the rest were drinks menu and not inclusive in the breakfast. You will have to pay for coffee.

The showers, shower curtain was missing in my room.. and some old wooden shower floor.. that doesn't scream that it's really clean.. maby just only my room.. no idea

GBGives a good impression on checking in and first seeing the room. Bed is comfortable and TV plays Netflix (if you have an account).
The bathroom was full of mould. So much that the whole room smelt damp and really unpleasant. The shower tray was made of slatted wood. Again it looked good but it was rotten and mouldy. Breakfast is included but it’s very unclear what you can pick from and we got charged for coffee on checking out, whilst we were told it was included in the dining room. Plus, the room was over double what we’ve paid for much better rooms in Vietnam. Seems to be a hotel that once was very good and is now neglected and poorly maintained. Would not recommend.
IDRooms are fresh and clean, staff are very helpful. Food in the restaurant was ok (which is good as their isn't much else around )
