The Location.

I didn’t like the old TV, and not enough toiletries like soap, shampoo etc., the aircon was old didn’t have a remote to turn it on and off.

It has free breakfast

It has no free drinking water

Its just near to terminal and malls

Its dirty, have cockroches crawling on the bed

The idiosyncratic cartoon which covered the whole of the largest wall. The plumbing worked well.

The only electrical point was hidden under the bedside table. The Aircon worked well but had to be operated manually.

The location is perfect as it’s just a walking distance from SM City Naga and LCC. You can get the things that you need immediately.

I killed 2 cockroaches (I felt alive after killing them though) and you have to pay extra for additional towel which I declined right away. The complimentary breakfast was not so good especially the hotdog which I think they just purchased from the wet market. No brand hotdog. I know it’s a complimentary breakfast but try to level up somehow. That’s how you market any business right? That way people can say something good about your business. Just my two cents

Clean and the staff are friendly, easy access to the city. Definitely coming back.

Put some hook to hang your towels at least inside the washroom, toilet and shower in one is ok but it will be wet all the staff including toilet roll, mess all the stuff in the washroom.
