Please be advised the room is only available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and if you are arriving after 18:30 please can you let the property know. Parking is available on the road in front of the guest house and either side of the inner church wall, without a parking permit for 24 hours (No return within 12 hours). If you are parked in a zone A space we will issue you with a parking permit on check-in from 3:00pm. A permit is required between 08:00 and 18:00 everyday. When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact us for details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

The staff were amazing and easily to contact....the room was fresh and clean....bathroom was more than I expected in decor .....lovely touch with towels and toiletries provided......

Maybe more milk ....I drink alot of tea though lol ...

The room was lovely and clean and so warm. There were fresh towels and tea coffee hot chocolate sugar and milk. The fridge and kettle were great. Will be going back again.

It was clean

Needs to modernised and updated. No parking facilities resulting in a parking fine for parking on permit holders parking. It is my view given the price that a parking permit should have been provided for guests as part of the overall payment. On arrival I was asked via email for identification and £100 pounds assurance but had not been asked prior to my arrival. This caused stress as I had to obtain I'd which was at home and my partner had to email this. We left a day early.

Comfortable bed, clean & tidy & peaceful. The sea feel in the room from the decor.

The WiFi wasn’t good when we first arrived but got sorted through a link the owner sent by text so we was able to watch tv. The TV in room 4, wouldn’t switch off on the 2nd night so kept us awake. Believe new batteries was needed in the control as they was miss shaped & one was in the wrong way. The lights was showing up on tv but it wouldn’t switch off or turn the volume down, so ended up unplugging it at 3am. The parking is terrible to find a free space with having to get a permit if you don’t get a spot in front of the property. We also ran out of toilet roll as only 1 & a half rolls for 2 a half days. Luckily we had one toilet roll in the car for emergencies. Hopefully for the future things can be fixed as it’s put me of staying here again, although it’s a beautiful property throughout & Georgia seemed a nice young lady who helped when we needed the first 2days but my messages got ignored on the Saturday night-Sunday morning.

Total unkompliziert, direkt am Meer gelegen, sehr bequemes Bett. Ich hatte Raum Nr 4. Das Bad ist klein aber gut ausgestattet. Lage super. Preis - Leistung - Verhältnis sehr gut. Von außen sieht es nicht so anspruchsvoll, aber die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und gepflegt.
