I loved the room, the staff, the breakfast options.

Every morning and night it sounded like a bowling ball was dropped and was rolling. IThe first night we got there the fire alarm started going off in our room for no reason. I Cc called and they turned it off almost right away then came to personally check on us.

"Short and action packed, bur lovely"

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good service during our stay

The amount of waste in plates and cutlery, coming from New Zealand we are not used to this as single use items are not used on an everyday basis. It would be nice if we came back, to see that this has changed.

So conveniently located and great deal with breakfast included. Clean hotel and pretty sufficient parking which was a plus when rolling in from Disney really late.

The heated pool wasn’t as heated as would’ve liked it to be with the weather and with no jacuzzi. The pool still felt cold. There’s only 1 laundry room for the whole hotel

Rooms were phenomenal. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, complimentary amenities and a short walk to the parks. All of the boxes were checked to make this a perfect off property hotel.
