I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and I appreciated the good value — the price reflected the quality of the hotel and its facilities. Having a shop on site was also really convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There were a few things that could be improved during our stay. The location really requires a car, which I’d highly recommend for getting around. Our room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping at all during our three-night stay, and it could have used a more thorough clean — especially the balcony. The indoor pool and spa facilities weren’t fully operational, with the steam room closed and children playing with balls in the pool, which made it impossible to swim and created a lot of noise, forcing us to cut short what should have been a relaxing time. There was also ongoing building work both on-site and in the surrounding area, which affected the overall atmosphere. Additionally, there were dogs around the property that barked during the early hours. While our room overlooked what will be a beautiful pool area, it also faced the hotel’s waste bins, which took away from the view a little.
