"Place were we got robbed during the night, and didnt receive any staff support"

The location was very good in centrum of Jaffa. You are surrounded by nice and good restaurants.

The robbery we had during the night while we were sleeping, with the lack of support the day after. No feedback on how we felt, if we were safe if the place was safe. It felt like they had it many times before. The fact that everyone prob is using the same key to enter the door. The bedsheets & towels were not clean

"Home away from home."

Spacious, clean. Home away from home. Everything we needed. So close to everything in Jaffa, walking distances, no need for transport. Travelled with 2 young children under 5, 3 playgrounds in the area was great on rest days. Requested cot and highchair and were both there on arrival :)

Communication was prompt & swift. Everything was clean. Bed & sofa were comfy. I requested a cot & that was delivered. Had everything we needed for family of 4. Central - cafes & convenient stores close by in all directions. Also found a children's playground on the same street which was fantastic.

No dislikes.

Beautiful and clean apartments, pretty interior, great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. Also I want to mention amazing hosts who helped us throughout our stay! They were very welcoming and kind.
