Good room size with a balcony. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Location & ok size balcony

Very small made worse by too much furniture, pictures are deceptive. Hole above shower was intimidating?? Just the feel of the place depressed me. Overpriced for what it is. Ok for 1 night, managed 2 of 4, then relocated to somewhere cheaper larger & with a pool

I recently stayed at the Akti Fine Hotel for two nights , a reservation made through booking platform. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations, and I am requesting a full refund due to several significant issues. First and foremost, the mattress quality was unacceptable. It was extremely uncomfortable, uneven, and appeared to have long surpassed its usable life, leading to severe back pain. This discomfort greatly affected my ability to sleep and diminished my holiday experience. For the price I paid, I expected much higher standards. The air conditioning unit was another major concern. It was positioned to blow cold air directly onto me, making it impossible to find a comfortable position throughout the night. This compounded my inability to sleep and added to my overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, the towels provided were old and gray from overuse and they had an unpleasant cigaret odor. The bed cover was also not cleared. This lack of cleanliness further compromised my comfort and enjoyment during the stay. The overall room quality was unprofessional and did not meet the standards expected for the price charged. I was disappointed by the hotel owner’s lack of responsiveness and inability to address these concerns. Consequently, I felt neglected as a guest and decided to leave the hotel early, finding alternative accommodations for my second night. These issues disrupted my holiday, leaving me exhausted and devoid of energy to fully enjoy my trip. I have asked for a compensation or a refund, but no reply from the owner or booking.com

No front desk, there was no one available for us to check in. Called the owner twice no answer. Waited a few hours. Then a business beside the hotel called the owner for us. The room was dirty, the bathroom had exposed vents and plumbing. There was no shower head holder. We had no hot water. Even the coffee cups in our room were dirty. Didn’t bother calling the owner as we never even spoke to them and they returned any calls. We left a day early. The photos of this hotel are extremely filtered/edited. It’s very run down and does not look like the photos. Would NOT recommend you stay here.

Good location for the port area of Skopelos, which is where you need to be in the closed season. We live on the next island so were visiting for medical reasons & weren't surprised to find most things shut, moreso than on Alonissos!!

Small things. Outer shutter on balcony door is broken where it gets held back by the outside retainer. Someone had already used a complimentary shower bottle to wedge it, I did the same before leaving but using a toothpaste box. Wife had a shower in the morning & the shower-room flooded from the "siphonia" in the floor. Quite a common thing in Greece as this is the meeting point for all waste water (not toilet!) & the waste pipe from these things often gets clogged with hair & dried soap. Would not get spotted unless a lot of water went down the waste, so nobody's fault really.
