I chose room with balcony, I think the cleaner forgot to clean the balcony, so... Hope improve next time if I visit ipoh, I love the room and place so I think I will come and stay here again.

1st day - 1st room wifi was soooo bad,,moved to another room- that room wifi slightly better but the shower head broke and big leak under the sink 2nd day moved to another room dirty bathroom- long curly hair on the floor (my hair is short & straight, ) asked cleaning guy if he washed or at least sprayed water on the floor, he said no just 'lupp" (wipe) . if he wiped, why was there hair and dust on the floor??? towels had stains 3rd day wifi in the last room i stayed is was soooo bad. i had to have few zoom calls which kept breaking ***To potential guests- anytime you look at reveiws- make sure you read the low reviews first. I find it very odd that this hotel has so many 'good' reviews and i wonder who really wrote them so many parts of the rooms were broken, walls were dirty, finishing was very poor Staff lacked empathy, and sincerity. They were not kind, not compassionate, nor helpful. Only after asking and insisting that things were done. All the 3 rooms i went to, the fridge had mould, the dustbin had mold, I had to clean out the dustbin because it was full of mould. When i told your receptionist Liza about the dirt- her comment was "we are a budget hotel". Hilarious!! so does this mean your cleaning is budget too? your attitude is budget too? you have 'budget' cleanliness? Budget management too? You can have a budget hotel with cleanliness (your staff are not trained to clean properly). I had to wash yr bathroom, i had to use the toilet brush to brush the underneath rim of the toilet bowl to show the guy how dirty the toilet bowl was. I asked lisa to give me the email address of the managememnt but management refused to give me the email address so i have no choice but to put all the information here. I have more videos and photos but you know what, why should i care? Management is just looking to get its ROI- they are not here to be helpful to guests, not make their stay pleasant.
