683 S At Silverado Studio Bedroom Residence by Redawning

So it was very unpleasant when I was asleep after a long meeting with customer/clients and some pounded on my door only to find out that the carport parking assignment was numbered to share my unit 683 with 682 so my best assumption was if it’s empty it could be used as first come first served. Well not the case at all was rudely asked by renter in 682 to move as they had just arrived. I was also called by the owner and advised to move I posed the question instantly why was there no notice and at that time of day I had to park like 10 mins away and walk. The next morning when I was departing for the day they were posting signs give accurate data on who can park where. Super annoying and inconvenient when you’re exhausted from customer facing meetings.

Beware! We rented this unit to stay during a festival. The owner canceled our reservation saying they were putting the house on the market, but I noticed when I looked later they were still renting out the unit. My guess is they realized they could make more money so they canceled our reservation. Regardless, we were left with very few & very expensive options for hotels by the time they canceled on us costing us much more money had we originally booked elsewhere. I recommend looking elsewhere!

Should’ve stayed elsewhere in town. Was not worth the money. Chose here to see the resort and it had a great gym. However the resort fees were almost as much as the 2 night stay and it’s just a basic room. That wasn’t quiet. You can hear above and next door had an adjacent door with a washer going all night. Gym wasn’t included it was $75 per day and any of the pools aren’t open til Memorial Day. Not worth the money!
