The location of this "little house" is great, the host friendly and helpful and the apartment was cozy and clean.

Air Conditioning was available only in the two bedrooms.

It was so lovely and clean and well-equipped.

Amazing communication from Guiliana. Fabio greeted us even though we were very late arriving. Loads of amazing touches we weren't expecting such as coffee pods for the machine, bottles water and champagne. The apartment is amazing and was a home away from home. They shared all their local advice and knowledge with us and went above and beyond throughout the holiday. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Fabio and Gabriella really wanted us to enjoy our time in Lake Como. The advice they provided on restaurants, cafes and bars plus ferries was a huge help as the recommendations we used were really good. The accommodation had everything we needed, both inside and outside space.

Nothing but I’d highlight it is a walk into town. We enjoyed it and liked the peace of the accommodation at the end of a day. Others may need to consider the walk.

Äänieristys oli heikko. Viereisen omakotityömaan ja yläkerran äänet kuuluivat todi selvästi.

Vi storkoste oss i denne leiligheten rett på utsiden av Bellagio sentrum. Ekteparet som leide ut gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle ha det bra. Nydelig uteplass og alt man trengte, stille og rolig. Rundt 10-15 minutter å gå til sentrum. Vi skulle ta bussen til Lecco, så videre med tog til Milano, og Fabio gikk med oss helt til bussholdeplassen for å være sikre på at vi fant frem - som var utrolig hyggelig gjort.
