Communal Hotel Plekhanovi

The staff are amazing! A true boutique hotel experience. Everything feels personalised. We were here for our wedding with family and friends also as guests. It felt like a second home while we were here. Truly embracing the Georgian proverb that “a guest is from God.” The location is great and it is easy to access many conveniences and transport links close by.

There can be some noise and music from the street side in the evenings in particular.

Different location to experience rather than the old city. Nice hip bars and restaurants around this area. Welcomed with a bottle of wine, great AC, great room with balcony. Lovely staff

I stayed in Communal Hotel with my spouse and friends for almost a week and had wonderful time in Tbilisi. The hotel is great! Stylish, clean, great location and the staff is just awesome - very helpful and fast with replies and options. Thank you! Rgds, Pavel

Everything was excellent. The only comment regarding breakfast is that we had to wait quite a long time for it to be served. This is just feedback for the staff and something that could possibly be improved. Overall, we had a great stay.

Very cozy hotel—perfect if you’re looking to fully relax and unwind. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible. The beds are incredibly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the kind and welcoming hosts, especially Tamta. She upgraded my room, and it was absolutely amazing. I truly appreciated the gesture. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!
